However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of services.
1. Service Cancellation Policy
A. User-Initiated Cancellations
- Before Service Confirmation: If you cancel a service request before it is confirmed by our team or service provider, you will receive a full refund (if payment has already been made).
- After Service Confirmation: If you cancel after your service has been confirmed but before the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of 10-20% may be applicable.
- Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 2-6 Hours of Service Time): A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to compensate for the provider’s time and inconvenience.
- On-Site Cancellations (After Service Provider Arrives): No refunds will be provided once the service provider arrives at your location.
B. KlickKar.com-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where KlickKar.com or its service providers need to cancel a scheduled service due to operational constraints, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will:
✅ Notify you at the earliest possible time.
✅ Offer a reschedule option or provide a full refund without any deductions.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
A. Full Refunds (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
✔️ Service was canceled by KlickKar.com due to internal issues.
✔️ You canceled before service confirmation and payment was already made.
✔️ The service provider failed to show up and a reschedule was not possible.
B. Partial Refunds
A partial refund (50-80%) will be provided in the following cases:
✔️ You canceled after confirmation but before the scheduled service time (subject to cancellation fees).
✔️ The service was not completed satisfactorily, and an official complaint was raised within 24 hours of service completion.
C. No Refunds
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
❌ You canceled after the service provider arrived at your location.
❌ The service was completed successfully, and no complaint was raised within 24 hours.
❌ You provided incorrect information that affected the service execution.
❌ The issue was not related to our service quality but rather external factors.
3. Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your booking, the following conditions apply:
✅ Rescheduling Before Confirmation: Free of charge.
✅ Rescheduling After Confirmation: May be subject to availability.
✅ Last-Minute Rescheduling (Within 6 Hours of Service Time): A rescheduling fee of 10-20% may apply.
4. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, wallet, or credit/debit card).

5. Complaint Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you can raise a service complaint within 24 hours of completion. Our team will review your concern and provide the best possible resolution, including rework, compensation, or partial refunds where applicable.
